Abstract

Ectrodactyly-Ectodermal dysplasia-Clefting (EEC) syndrome is a rare genetic disorder characterized by three cardinal signs, which are ectrodactyly, ectodermal dysplasia and orofacial clefts. We report a case of EEC syndrome in a 9-month-old Nigerian male. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first reported case in the University of Benin Teaching Hospital and probably in Nigeria.
